What You’ll Do as a Cold Email Infrastructure Specialist * Set up & Configure Domains: Register, warm-up, and manage domains for clients at scale. * Inbox Creation & Platform Layering: Spin up and monitor mailboxes across Gmail, Microsoft, SMTP, and custom solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. * DNS & Authentication: Implement and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC monitoring, manage DNS setup for maximum deliverability. * Deliverability Ops: Run weekly inbox placement tests, manage domain rotation, diagnose/fix sender reputation issues, blacklist monitoring, and weekly health reporting. * System Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and automate using no-code tools, scripts and AI platforms. * Support & Reporting: Collaborate with clients, answer infra-related questions, and deliver weekly reports with tailored recommendations. * Playbook Building: Document best practices, create internal SOPs, and train teammates.
Who You Are * Part GTM engineer, part data nerd, part deliverability expert — comfortable with both systems and client-facing work. * Strong hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, building and managing outbound systems. * Deep familiarity with Google/Microsoft admin, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS panel navigation. * Experience with cold email and warm-up tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Reply.io, Smartlead, Mailreach, Folderly etc.). * Technical curiosity is must have! You love automation, troubleshooting, and building repeatable systems with the help of AI. * Communicate clearly and directly: docs, Slack, async Looms, etc.
