We’re looking for a proactive Technical Writer to join our growing team and help us redefine the future of product documentation! Are you ready to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment?
If you’re passionate about creating clear, precise, and user-friendly documentation and love the idea of working on a cutting-edge product, keep on reading! What you’ll be working on: * Describing existing and new functionalities. * Describing the processes implemented in the project. * Coordinating and adapting documentation with all stakeholders. * Assisting employees in writing documentation and ensuring its approval. * Preparing, updating, and enhancing technical documentation and user documentation (both in Ukrainian and English). * Collaborating with developers, project coordinators, and testers to prepare documentation. * Working on multiple projects within the technical writing team.
About you: Must-have skills and experience: * At least 3 years of experience working with development and product documentation. * Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Detail-oriented thinking with the ability to understand and describe technical specifications. * Understanding of product development principles and basics. * English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
