Job Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in project or program management. — Strong track record of delivering internal projects across multiple departments. — Experience with implementing SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs, HRMs, workflow platforms). — Structured thinker with excellent organizational and documentation skills. — Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams without direct authority. —Hands-on approach and high ownership mindset.

— Enterprise or corporation experience. — Knowledge of OKR frameworks and agile methodologies. — Experience working with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar tools. — Background in business operations, internal tooling, or process optimization.
Day-to-day tasks/ Responsibilities:
1. Execute High-Priority Internal Projects
— Lead strategic internal initiatives (e.g., BeforeCode.AI, marketing revamp, CRM migration). — Translate OKRs into actionable project plans with clear deliverables. — Propose, test, and implement improvements (e.g., automations, SOPs). — Launch and manage internal projects (e.g., internal tools, services, systems).
2. Implement Systems & Tools
— Lead implementation of third-party systems (e.g., CRM, HRM, productivity tools). — Coordinate vendor selection, onboarding, training, and rollout. — Ensure smooth handover from implementation to daily operations. — Customize workflows and configurations based on internal needs.
3. Manage Internal Roadmap & Ensure Execution
— Own and maintain a live list of internal priorities and initiatives. —Monitor progress, deadlines, and risks across projects. — Identify and resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward. — Break down initiatives into tasks and manage day-to-day execution.
4. Maintain Project Documentation & Provide Status Updates
— Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all project phases and deliverables. —Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for leadership. — Ensure visibility and transparency of project performance and next steps.
5. Coordinate Across Teams
— Support cross-functional communication between teams such as Engineering, Design, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc., to ensure alignment around internal initiatives. — Organize and lead weekly planning, syncs, and status meetings. — Ensure inter-team alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
