Responsibilities: * Define and drive the long-term technical vision and strategy for our engineering organization; * Serve as the technical authority in code review, critical designs and system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all services; * Lead high-impact architectural decisions, shaping the evolution of our microservices, cloud, and AI-driven platforms; * Collaborate with engineering leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with company goals; * Mentor and coach senior and medior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning; * Champion best practices in software design, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and security; * Take ownership of core component design, technical debt management, balancing innovation with maintainability; * Play a key role in incident response, system reliability, and risk mitigation strategies; * Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends; * Influence hiring, team structure, and technical culture across the engineering organization; * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively communicating complex topics; * Advocate for data-driven decision-making, using metrics to measure performance and drive optimizations.
Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with solid hands experience of .NET, python, node.js projects, and AWS cloud operation experience; * Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure architectures; * Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, and AI boosted development; * Extensive experience in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms; * Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance optimization; * Ability to influence engineering direction at both strategic and tactical levels; * Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executives on business-critical initiatives; * Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity; * Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical challenges into business impact discussions.
