We are seeking a truly exceptional Headhunting Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
— Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates in diverse markets.
— Articulate our company’s mission, values, and unique opportunities to potential candidates.
— Deeply understand the nuances of our business, target markets, and value proposition to effectively communicate our employer brand.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
— Co-manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
— Adapt your approach and tactics based on data and insights.
— Consistently identify solutions to challenging hires through a novel and experimental approach.
Requirements
— Proven experience in recruitment/headhunting, with a focus on identifying high-caliber talent.
— Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
— Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
— High level of intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
— Proficiency in English is mandatory.
— Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
— Adaptability and a passion for embracing new technologies and innovative approaches.
— Experience in the iGaming or related industry will be a plus.

2. Hard Skills Interview — 45–60 min
You’ll meet your potential manager. We’ll dive into the real stuff — your future responsibilities, the challenges ahead, and the kind of work you’d actually be doing (no mystery here).
3. Final Interview (optional) — 30–45 minutes
Here’s your chance to flip the script. You might meet future teammates or company leadership, but the spotlight’s on your questions — about growth opportunities, our values, the team’s vibe, or anything else that matters to you.
4. The Offer Stage
If we’re a match — get ready for the best part! We’ll send you an offer, walk you through all the details, and give you a sneak peek at what your first weeks will look like. Think of it as the start of something exciting — because it is.The entire process typically takes about 3–10 business days from start to finish, although it can vary slightly depending on the role, your availability, and other factors. In some cases, certain steps might be combined to speed things up — we like to stay flexible, but without skipping anything crucial. The important bit?
