Requirements: ● 7+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, with strong expertise in JavaScript, including ECMAScript; ● Proven experience leading teams in a mobile development environment; ● Deep expertise in React, Redux/MobX, Webpack, JavaScript and TypeScript; ● Experience with Redux Saga and dynamic pipeline development; ● Proficiency in GIT and branching workflows; ● Solid experience in unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality application development; ● Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices; ● Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and innovation; ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges; ● English communication skills: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities: ● Lead the development and support of complex, hybrid mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript; ● Oversee technical decisions, define best practices, and establish coding standards for the team; ● Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and designers to define and drive the technical roadmap for mobile development; ● Understand and apply native mobile development concepts, with basic knowledge of Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/ (Android); ● Drive the adoption of scalable and maintainable architectures, ensuring high performance and reliability of mobile applications; ● Lead the integration of back-end and external APIs, including GraphQL, to enable efficient communication with backend services; ● Oversee and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices; ● Own the deployment process, including preparing and publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play; ● Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different geographies; ● Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical issues; ● Lead estimation and planning sessions, ensuring realistic sprint goals and on-time delivery of key features; Conduct technical interviews for hiring mobile engineers, ensuring the right talent joins the team; ● Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
