A-Players, a premier service company, specializes in providing high-level administrative and operational support to startups. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Startup Business Associate. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to C-level executives of US-based tech startups, with a focus on business development, fundraising, financial management, and overall company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in business development initiatives, including conducting market research and identifying potential partnerships and investors for our startup clients.
* Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, coordinating meetings with investors, and helping to create fundraising materials.
* Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting and financial forecasting for startup clients.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, managing their schedules, handling email and phone correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Support overall company operations, including project management and collaboration with other teams.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other relevant documents.
Job Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
* Availability to work according to US business hours, including both East and West Coast time zones.
* Strong understanding of business and financial concepts.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
* Experience in an administrative or business-related role is preferred; experience in a startup is a plus.
* Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program as part of the onboarding and development process.
