Important: We’re specifically looking for someone with solid English skills and readiness to collaborate with international markets, including Latin America.
What You’ll Do: * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. * Source potential candidates using a variety of channels. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications. * Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Manage the candidate pipeline. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates. * Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers * Negotiate job offers and close the recruitment process with selected candidates. * Communicate with candidates and teams across different time zones: occasional schedule adjustments may be required to coordinate with the LATAM market.
What We Need: * 2+ years in IT recruiting * Experience hiring candidates internationally * Familiarity with popular recruiting tools * Fluent English * Ability to juggle multiple tasks * A knack for evaluating candidates
