Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join us and help us attract exceptional professionals for diverse roles across product, creative, and technology teams
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, project specifics, and hiring priorities.
* Conduct weekly sync meetings with stakeholders to align on progress, challenges, and next steps.
* Create and improve job descriptions, write engaging outreach messages, and develop social media and promotional content for open positions.
* Source and build a sustainable talent pipeline of technical and creative professionals using various channels: job boards, social networks, referrals, and industry events.
* Develop and execute strategies to attract passive candidates in the IT and GameDev markets, using innovative sourcing techniques and current industry trends.
* Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure engagement and a positive candidate experience.
* Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring teams.
* Manage and update the candidate database ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data accuracy.
* Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s recruitment process and employer brand.
Required Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in GameDev recruitment.
* Proven experience hiring for creative and product-related roles (Game Designer / Producer, Artist, Product Owner, or similar).
* Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, and niche platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
* Proficiency in English — B1 level or higher.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters or sourcers.
* Knowledge of ATS tool — PeopleForce.
* Understanding of GameDev industry trends and role specifics.
* Creativity in building outreach campaigns and employer brand materials.

* Remote work from EU

* Business trips to Bratislava every 3-6 months (company provides compensation of expenses)
