We are an IT company with more than 10 years of experience in creating and scaling our own products.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who will manage and develop the social media presence of our projects.
If you understand the audience, write naturally and emotionally, and know how to create posts people want to share — you are exactly who we are looking for.
You will work exclusively with social networks and messengers, creating engaging and emotional content that connects people with our brands and generates genuine interest in modern dating.
You love words, aesthetics, and meaningful communication. You see content not as advertising but as a way to build a connection.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop project pages on Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, and Viber;
* Write emotional and relatable posts that reflect the voice of our brands;
* Develop content plans, storytelling formats, and interactive activities to increase engagement;
* Create texts for Stories, Reels, posts, banners, and messenger updates;
* Work with designers and the team to ensure visual consistency of the content;
* Track engagement metrics and analyze results to improve performance;
* Keep up with social media trends and experiment with new formats.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in SMM;
* Fluent English, ability to adapt tone and meaning for both audiences;
* Experience or interest in topics related to dating, lifestyle, or emotional communication;
* Strong copywriting skills and understanding of how to engage the audience through emotions;
* Knowledge of engagement mechanics in Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter);
* Basic understanding of visual storytelling and community building;
* Confident user of Canva or Figma.
Will be a plus
* Experience managing dating or lifestyle brands with organic growth;
* Ability to create viral and shareable content;
* Basic photo and video editing skills for social media;
* Interest in emotional marketing, relationships, and psychology.
Working conditions:
* Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
* Salary per month — from $1500 to $3000 gross
* 2 weeks paid holiday per year
* Paid sick days
* Additional paid days off on major Slavic holidays
* Opportunity to attend professional courses at company expense
* Working week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Israel time.
