The role As our team keeps growing, we are looking for a PE Accountant to manage payroll for 180+ Ukrainian PEs and handle employee payroll-related requests. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and People Operations, and report directly to the Compensation Manager. What you will do * Full-cycle management of Ukrainian PE: assisting in the opening and closing of PEs, preparing and submitting PE reports, and calculating taxes * Collecting, verifying, and entering HR and payroll data into payroll software * Ensuring compliance with the established calculation methodology and procedures * Preparing bank files and payment orders for salaries, related taxes, and social contributions * Controlling the maintenance of the internal document storage system * Providing payroll consultations to employees on payroll-related issues
What you bring * At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for Ukrainian private entrepreneurship (ФОП) * Excellent knowledge of local labor law & accounting rules * Advanced Excel skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
