We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions within enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI/ML, LLM-based automation, and IT Service Operations, bringing both hands-on technical skills and strategic product ownership experience. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Architecture: * Contribute to the company’s AI roadmap, aligning automation initiatives with strategic business and client goals. * Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to design and architect scalable, reliable AI solutions (e.g., automated network diagnostics, bot-based recommendations, AI agents for NOC operations). * Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate open-source and proprietary LLMs. * Develop and own automation framework components, including PowerShell and Python runbook executors.
Product Ownership & Delivery: * Act as Solution Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment: manage the backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize features. * Engage with stakeholders—customers, IT operators, network engineers—to gather requirements and validate solutions. * Ensure product-market fit and continuous improvement of automation products.
AI/ML Development: * Build and deploy machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and capacity planning. * Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and analysis of large-scale IT operational datasets. * Apply deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch) for model experimentation and fine-tuning. * Package and deploy models using Docker/Kubernetes.
Automation & Operations: * Implement and maintain AIOps, IT Process Automation (ITPA), and Runbook Automation (RBA) solutions. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous service improvement. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within automation and AI systems. * Contribute to internal automation tools and documentation.
Knowledge Sharing & Leadership: * Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AI-driven automation technologies. * Mentor and train next-level team members in AI and automation best practices. * Maintain clear and concise documentation for all code, models, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: * 4+ years in IT Services, including 3+ years focused on: * IT Service Automation (orchestration, scripting, process optimization) * AI Engineering (developing AI agents, ML/GenAI solutions)
Technical Expertise: * Proficiency in Python and PowerShell (Shell scripting a plus). * Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). * Strong foundation in networking (topologies, protocols, operational troubleshooting). * Hands-on experience with LLMs (Llama, GPT, etc.) and model fine-tuning. * Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), especially networking services (VNets, VPCs). * Familiarity with ITIL processes across incident, change, and service management.
Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Experience mentoring or training team members. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions. * Excellent knowledge of English, as the team is multinational.
Preferred Background: * Prior experience in AIOps / NOC automation projects. * Exposure to enterprise-scale IT ecosystems with integrated AI capabilities. * Demonstrated success in product ownership or solution leadership roles.
