We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Senior Creative Producer for our partner company, Duomo, who can build and lead a world-class creative engine for user acquisition and brand growth.
The niche unlocks a multitude of angles and use-cases to work with: from spiritual growth to relationships, from stress and anxiety to family issues, from Bible reading to healing past traumas and addictions. People turn to religion for help with many things, and you will have the opportunity to work with all of them.
As our Senior Creative Producer, you will:
— See the direct impact of your work in near real-time;
— Accelerate your expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle communication;
— Contribute to building the #1 business in our niche;
— Learn the fundamentals and internal mechanics of a tech business first-hand;
— Work alongside sharp, results-oriented teammates.
Responsibilities:
— Oversee the entire creative production process — from concept through execution, while guiding and inspiring the team to deliver top-quality results for each project;
— Produce original, user-focused creative concepts that align closely with strategic goals;
— Review user acquisition data and evaluate creative performance to identify opportunities for optimizing key metrics;
— Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and platforms to ensure our creative strategy remains innovative and differentiated;
— Lead cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps, tech products, or DTC consumer businesses;
— Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social or performance marketing channels;
— Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and their creative requirements;
— Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies and how to scale winning assets;
— Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
— Fluent in English (B2+).
