Requirements:
Experience & language:
— 2+ years of experience in similar roles (in-app traffic management, mobile performance marketing, UA, affiliate/in-app partner management).
— English level B2 or higher — for communication with partners, reporting, and negotiations.
In-app traffic & advertising cycle:
— Understanding of in-app traffic.
— Understanding of the full cycle of in-app advertising: from media buying to post-install events.
— Knowledge of main in-app traffic sources: SDK networks, DSPs, arbitrage teams, media buying agencies, in-app publishers.
Analytics & traffic quality evaluation:
— Ability to analyze and evaluate traffic quality using key metrics: CTR, CR, Retention, ROMI, LTV, fraud indicators.
— Experience with mobile attribution.
— Confident use of Adjust and AppsFlyer.
Attribution mechanics:
— Understanding of IDFA/GAID, SKAdNetwork, fingerprinting, probabilistic matching.
— Anti-fraud skills.
— Ability to analyze fraud metrics: click spamming, click injection, bot traffic, anomalous behavior.
— Experience working with MMP anti-fraud dashboards (Protect360, Adjust Fraud Suite).
— Ability to run weekly/monthly reconciliations, request partner reports, and compare MMP data with partner reporting.
Partner acquisition & onboarding:
— Skills in sourcing new in-app traffic providers: publishers, networks, arbitrage teams, thematic communities, partner catalogs.
— Ability to conduct initial partner checks: cases, volumes, GEOs, quality, tracking setup.
— Negotiation skills: terms, KPIs, test volumes, payment format (CPA/RevShare).
— Understanding of technical requirements for partners (MMP setup, postbacks, event mapping).
Contacts & market knowledge:
— Existing network of partners or personal contacts among in-app traffic suppliers is a strong advantage.
— Understanding of the market: GEO coverage and formats of different networks/publishers, specifics of individual suppliers.
Data work:
— Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, working with large datasets.
— Ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Responsibilities:
Analytics & tracking:
— Create tracking links and postbacks.
— Analyze installs, events, cohorts, and advertising channels.
— Monitor metric deviations and identify root causes.
Attribution & anti-fraud:
— Apply knowledge of attribution mechanics (IDFA/GAID, SKAdNetwork, fingerprinting, probabilistic matching).
— Analyze fraud metrics: click spamming, click injection, bot traffic, anomalous behavior.
— Work with MMP anti-fraud dashboards (Protect360, Adjust Fraud Suite).
— Run weekly/monthly reconciliations, request and verify partner reports, compare MMP data with partner reporting.
Partner management:
— Search for and onboard new partners: publishers, SDK networks, DSPs, media buying agencies, arbitrage teams.
— Perform initial partner validation (cases, volumes, GEOs, quality, tracking).
— Negotiate terms, KPIs, test volumes, payment structures.
— Ensure correct setup for partners: MMP integration, postbacks, event mapping.
Data & reporting:
— Work confidently with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
— Interpret data and prepare insights for optimization and decision-making.
