Your future responsibilities: * Creation and legal support of the corporate structure in the countries of the company’s business presence. * Obtaining licenses in various jurisdictions. * Modernization of the existing structures in the current geos according to legislative changes and the requirements of the company’s business. * Ensure the legal security of the company’s activities. * Research the legislation regulating the company’s field of activity, in the markets of the company’s activity, and implement changes based on the results of such research. * Manage drafting, negotiation, and verification of commercial and business contracts. * Interaction with external local providers of legal services. * Arrangement of KYC processes and provision of legal support in bank compliance * Managed the legal team, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks.
The following skills are important to us: * Higher legal education, master’s degree in law or international law. * From 5 years of work experience in the legal field, of which 2 years as an in-house lawyer in the iGaming niche. * Command of the English language at the C1 level and above. * Experience in team formation and management — 1 year+. * IT proficient.
