Life is in full swing at Beetroot Academy! We’re seeking an experienced training program manager to develop and enhance B2C and B2B EdTech products for the European market. The focus will be on teacher-led and self-paced courses and workshops, developed in collaboration with tech SMEs and the Beetroot Academy’s product development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the EdTech market and be responsible for the entire educational product development cycle, from identifying market needs and creating content to evaluating results and implementing improvements.

Your Future Tasks: * Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js * Build and improve frontend features using React * Work with MySQL databases * Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL * Use Prisma ORM * Work with Docker containers and Linux-based environments * Collaborate closely with DevOps and QA within processes * Optimize system performance, stability, and scalability * Participate in technical planning and architectural decisions * Provide technical guidance and consultation for internal teams when needed
Requirements * 2–3+ years of commercial development experience * Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React * Experience working with MySQL * Solid understanding of GraphQL principles * Experience with Prisma ORM * Confident Linux user * Experience with Git / GitLab * Understanding of containerization (Docker) * Good knowledge of HTML / CSS
Professional Qualities * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility * Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines * Proactive and initiative-driven mindset * Ability to provide technical consultations to internal teams (not only execute development tasks) * Comfortable working in a small, cross-functional product team * Fluent Ukrainian communication skills (required)
Would be a plus: * Experience working with EdTech or LMS platforms * Experience scaling digital products * Understanding of CI/CD processes * Product mindset * English level А2+ * You love borsch!
