About the role: We are now looking for an Associate Delivery Manager who can operate at the intersection of delivery, pre-sales, and product implementation — with strong experience in fixed-price environments and active use of AI tools in daily work. Your responsibilities will include: Account & Delivery Development: — Drive growth and development of existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and additional service/product value. — Act as a delivery owner for fixed-price projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment. — Balance business expectations, delivery constraints, and profitability across engagements.
Pre-Sales & Solution Support: — Collaborate closely with Sales on pre-sales activities: proposals, estimations, solution shaping, and client presentations. — Participate in discovery phases and help structure delivery approaches for new opportunities. — Contribute to commercial proposals with delivery strategy and implementation planning.
Product & Implementation Management: — Lead implementation and rollout of digital products and SaaS solutions for clients. — Ensure structured product adoption and value delivery post-launch. — Support continuous improvement and scaling of implemented solutions.
AI-Driven Delivery & Operations: — Actively use AI tools to optimize delivery processes, reporting, documentation, estimations, and communication. — Introduce and scale AI-assisted workflows within delivery and pre-sales. — Identify opportunities to embed AI into client solutions or internal processes.
Client Relationship & Communication: — Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a primary client contact. — Ensure transparent communication, expectation management, and high client satisfaction. — Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and delivery insights.
Process & Quality Management: — Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. — Ensure high quality standards across project lifecycle (planning → delivery → release). — Continuously improve delivery processes, especially within fixed-price and product environments. — Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution. Requirements: Must-have * Experience managing fixed-price projects (scope/budget/timeline ownership). * Experience in product implementation or SaaS delivery. * Active and confident use of AI tools in daily work (delivery, analytics, documentation, planning, etc.). * Experience in account development and pre-sales collaboration. * Strong stakeholder and client management skills. * Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies. * Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Nice to have * Technical background (ex-developer, QA, BA, or strong technical understanding). * Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated domains. * Experience working with distributed teams. * PMP / PMI-ACP / Scrum or similar certification.
