What you’ll be working on: * Configure and manage the sportsbook component of partners’ products * Conduct competitor analysis and highlight product strengths and weaknesses * Analyze competitors’ bonus mechanics and develop GEO-specific proposals * Communicate with partners and handle incoming requests * Enable and roll out new features across partner platforms * Analyze retention metrics and implement tools to improve user retention * Collaborate with partners on A/B testing and UI customization initiatives * Conduct user interviews with end users to gather product insights
Must-have skills and experience: * 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in betting, iGaming, or B2B products * Experience working with partners or clients in a B2B environment * Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product metrics (retention, conversion, engagement) * Experience conducting competitor analysis and shaping product value propositions * Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to decision-making * Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with product customization * Experience collecting and analyzing user feedback, including conducting user interviews * Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
