What product will you be working on?
Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
About the Personalization Team:
The Personalization team ensures every learner receives a tailored experience that captivates, motivates, and meets their needs. We personalize content — from arts to mathematics, from lessons to games — and continuously test new interactive features to make learning even more engaging. What makes this role exciting: * Real product impact, real ownership. You’ll help shape Nibble’s direction end-to-end and make autonomous decisions that translate into visible wins for users and the business. * Greenfield personalization with room to experiment. We’re just starting this track, so you’ll design and run ambitious experiments, validate bold hypotheses, and ship what proves value. * Global scale and a rich content playground. Build experiences for an international audience on top of a large, diverse, high-quality content library. * Work with top-tier specialists. Join a sharp, collaborative team of domain experts who move fast, share context generously, and care deeply about craft and measurable outcomes.
What will you do: * Shape and execute the product vision for the Personalization team. * Prioritize the team’s experiments that align with our business goals. Take responsibility for their execution and outcomes. * Set up the team’s processes, drive their improvement. * Ensure smooth collaboration and a strong team culture. * Analyze A/B test results, study user needs, and turn them into high-impact hypotheses. * Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders, ensuring effective, synchronized work to achieve goals. * Act as an ambassador for innovative solutions.
What do you need to join us: * 2+ years in Product Management. * Ability to make product decisions based on user data. * Understanding of the A/B testing process. * Experience working with hypotheses. * Experience with analytics (Amplitude, Tableau). * Understanding of product metrics and ability to evaluate and interpret them. * Ability to set up team processes (workflow setup, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation). * Basic understanding of UI/UX design. * Basic technical literacy. * English — B2/C1. * Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
