Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you’ll play a key role in driving our hiring success. You’ll scout, engage, and evaluate top candidates to support our team in filling specialized technical roles. Your ability to attract high-quality talent and build strong pipelines will directly contribute to the company’s growth. If you’re excited by fast-paced sourcing, connecting with people, and discovering hidden gems in the tech market — this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
* Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to understand open roles and hiring priorities
* Sourcing and engaging potential candidates across professional networks and social media
* Identifying, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates
* Scheduling and organizing online interviews
* Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
* Managing and updating our candidate database
About you
* At least 6 months of experience as a Recruitment Researcher or similar sourcing role
* Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (social platforms, Boolean search, etc.)
* Comfortable with digital networking and social media outreach
* Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English
* Strong time management and organizational abilities
* Confident negotiation and candidate engagement skills
