That’s why we’re looking for an AI Agent Developer who’s ready to push boundaries, build powerful automations from scratch, and bring bold ideas to life through code and models.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and integrate AI-powered features — from support chatbots and industry news monitors to AI-driven fitting assistants, size selectors, and manufacturing planners.
* Use pre-trained models and APIs or fine-tune existing models
* Set up automation pipelines that eliminate repetitive tasks and help the team move faster every day.
* Contribute to R&D efforts for 3D lingerie models, AI-powered manufacturing simulations, and future product innovation tools.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, and marketing to implement AI systems that make a measurable impact.
* Regularly test new AI tools and integrations to identify which can optimize the team’s performance across marketing, operations, and creative workflows.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a software developer;
* At least 6 months of experience in AI development (including commercial work, pet projects, or non-commercial experience);
* Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks and model APIs (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI);
* Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering;
* Language-agnostic mindset with readiness to work in different backend languages;
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
* Strong desire to generate business impact from the developed functionality
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* English proficiency
* Experience working with Shopify will be an advantage
