What you’ll be working on:
* Develop high-quality 2D animations for Characters, Environment, and UI in Unity and Spine
* Design and implement in-game character animations and environment interactions to enhance visual storytelling
* Create and fine-tune VFX to support experience clarity and emotional impact
* Improve and maintain the animation development pipeline
* Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure an efficient and consistent production workflow
About you:
* 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Animator
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Spine
* Experience in mobile game development projects
* Proficiency in Unity Editor, including creating custom tools for animation workflows
* Strong understanding of VFX, particle systems, lighting, and animation integration in Unity
* Ability to analyze, refine, and improve workflows to enhance team productivity
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and ethical standards
* English — Intermediate or higher

Step-by-step process for this position:
* HR interview (up to 40 min): To discuss the position, check basic competencies, and culture fit.
* Test Task: Task regarding the position’s requirements.
* Interview with the Lead Artist and CTO (up to 1 hour): Detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
* Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
* Debrief interview with CEO (30 min): Sum up the information about the candidate, discuss their strengths and weaknesses, and assess their fit for the position.
* Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
