We’re currently looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter with a strong focus on recruiting, who will help us scale the team and strengthen our core HR operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Recruitment: * Full-cycle recruitment, from brief to offer; * Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, and other channels); * Conducting initial interviews, coordinating all stages, providing clear feedback; * Building a candidate experience where even a rejection doesn’t hurt the company’s reputation; * Tracking recruitment analytics and continuously improving the hiring process.
HR Support: * Participating in the implementation and support of core HR processes — onboarding, performance reviews, L&D, C&B; * Maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures; * Helping organize internal initiatives.
What we’re looking for: * 1+ year of recruiting experience in IT / iGaming / affiliate; * Full-cycle recruitment and active sourcing experience; * You understand that recruiting is a two-way street and know how to “sell” a role; * Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; * English at Intermediate level or above; * Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-driven.
