We are looking for an IT Recruiter who enjoys working with strong technical roles and international clients. What You’ll Do * Source and hire IT specialists across different seniority levels and domains * Conduct pre-screening calls and HR interviews (including in English) * Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — from first contact to onboarding * Post and promote vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn, and professional communities * Track IT market trends and maintain a structured candidate pipeline
What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment * English level B2+ with proven experience interviewing in English * Strong communication skills (spoken & written) * Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.) * Understanding of the IT market and candidate psychology * Motivation to grow professionally toward HR Generalist / HR Director roles
