The Account Manager will manage relationships with PaySaxas B2B clients, ensuring high-quality service, client satisfaction, and account growth. The role includes client support, retention, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in account management or client success roles in fintech (from PSP/Payment company side). * Proven ability to manage and grow strategic B2B client relationships. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian (Additional languages will be considered as an advantage).
Preferred Skills: * Understanding of regulatory frameworks in fintech or SaaS environments. * Knowledge of client engagement and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategies for managing and expanding relationships with key B2B clients. * Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of PaySaxas solutions. * Provide product training and ongoing support to help clients maximize the value of the PaySaxas’ offerings. * Serve as an escalation point for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. * Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client base. * Collaborate with the sales team to support contract renewals and expansion deals. * Develop strategies to increase client adoption of products and services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in the CRM system. * Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of account management operations. * Monitor client health metrics and develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn risks. * Deliver regular reports to senior leadership on client performance, satisfaction, and revenue growth. * Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business strategy.
