Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager who will own pipeline generation through webinars, partner marketing, and events. This is not a coordination role — you are directly responsible for generating MQLs and influencing pipeline. What You Will Own: * Own webinars end-to-end: planning, calendar, topics, promotion, execution, hitting registration targets * Build and optimize funnels for webinars: landing pages, email outreach, LinkedIn distribution, partner amplification * Generate MQLs and contribute to SQL pipeline through event-driven channels * Own partner marketing execution: co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, content exchanges, audience sharing * Drive outbound/email campaigns (cold + warm outreach) as a core acquisition channel * Coordinate with Sales, BDR, Content, and Partner teams to convert demand into pipeline * Own marketing side of offline and online events (messaging, landing pages, promotion, coordination) * Define messaging, positioning, and CTA aligned with ICP and campaign goals * Launch and iterate campaigns based on performance data (MQL, CPL, conversion rates) * Take full ownership of results — not just execution
KPIs (What You Are Measured On): * MQL volume generated from webinars and events * Registration numbers and attendance rates * Conversion from MQL → SQL * Channel efficiency (email, partner, event ROI)
Requirements (Must-Have): * Proven B2B SaaS growth/marketing experience with measurable results * Strong ownership mindset — experience owning a channel or function end-to-end * Hands-on experience with webinars as a primary growth channel * Experience in lead generation and funnel building (not just content support) * Experience with email outreach / outbound campaigns * Data-driven approach to marketing and experimentation * Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have: * Experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B tech domains * Experience with partner ecosystems and co-marketing * Experience running offline events
