About the Role We are looking for an SDR who can help us build and scale a structured outbound and conference-led sales motion.
This role is heavily focused on: * generating qualified meetings, * building targeted lead pipelines, * converting outreach into real conversations, * supporting conference-related GTM activities, * and maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
This is not a “spray-and-pray” outbound role. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate high-quality conversations with product teams and decision-makers.
You will work closely with the founders and become an important part of building Metacarbon’s internal sales function. Core ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting * Research and identify relevant target companies * Build prospect lists based on ICPs, buying triggers, and conference attendee profiles * Generate new outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, email, and conference-related outreach
Meeting Generation * Book qualified meetings with founders, CEOs, Heads of Product, Heads of Design, and product teams * Run pre-event outreach campaigns before conferences * Coordinate and schedule meetings around industry events * Ensure strong meeting quality, not just meeting quantity
Outreach & Follow-Up * Write personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences * Maintain consistent communication with prospects across longer sales cycles * Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of follow-up * Support post-conference lead nurturing and re-engagement
CRM & Pipeline Management * Keep CRM clean and structured * Track outreach activity, meetings, responses, and pipeline progression * Maintain visibility across all active conversations and opportunities * Support reporting and pipeline tracking
What We Expect * Experience in SDR / Lead Generation * Strong communication skills in English * Ability to generate meetings through personalized outreach * High ownership and ability to work independently * Experience with Clay would be a very strong plus * Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
Success Metrics The primary focus of this role is: * qualified meetings generated, * quality of leads, * outreach-to-meeting conversion, * consistency of follow-ups
