We are looking for an experienced Head of Payments to lead our payment infrastructure. You will be responsible for the full cycle of payment operations, focusing on Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets, optimizing success rates, and managing high-risk PSP relationships.
Key Responsibilities: * Strategy: Scale payment solutions for Tier 1 & Tier 2 GEOs. * Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and integrate new PSPs, Acquirers, and APMs. * Optimization: Maximize Success Rates and minimize transaction costs/latencies. * Risk Management: Oversee anti-fraud, chargebacks, and compliance (AML/KYC). * Analysis: Monitor P&L per payment method and provide data-driven reports.
Requirements (Must-have): * 3+ years in a senior Payments role within iGaming/Gambling. * Expertise in High-Risk processing (Cards, P2P, Crypto). * Strong network of active contacts with PSPs and acquiring banks. * Experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 regulatory and payment landscapes. * Upper-Intermediate English and strong negotiation skills.
