The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources operations across PaySaxas’ legal entities, ensuring effective workforce management, employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, performance support, internal policies, and organizational development. This role supports business growth by building efficient HR processes, maintaining strong employee relations, and ensuring HR practices align with business objectives. Required Skills * 4+ years of HR experience, preferably within regulated fintech, financial services, payments, or iGaming. * Strong knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Documentation. * Practice of working with official employment in Europe, labour law compliance, occupational health. * Experience in developing and maintaining HR policies and documentation. * Experience in HR Systems administration, workflow automation. * Proven track record in Retention Strategies and Employee Engagement initiatives. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Business-oriented mindset with practical problem-solving abilities. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have * Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction or international teams is an advantage. * Familiarity with international HR structures and remote workforce management.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations * Manage day-to-day HR functions across PaySaxas entities. * Oversee employee lifecycle processes including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Offboarding, etc. * Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR systems. * Ensure employment agreements, HR policies, and internal procedures are properly maintained.
Recruitment and Talent Management * Lead international recruitment processes for new hires across departments. * Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. * Manage candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding. * Support retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Employee Relations * Serve as the primary HR contact for employee-related matters. * Support management in handling employee performance, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns. * Foster positive organizational culture and employee satisfaction. * Develop internal initiatives for employee engagement and team development.
HR Policies and Compliance * Develop, update, and maintain HR policies across PaySaxas’ jurisdictions, handbooks, and internal procedures. * Ensure HR processes align with Finnish labor law requirements and company standards. * Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments on employment-related matters. * Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and contractor management.
Performance and Development * Implement performance review frameworks and employee development processes. * Support training, professional development, and succession planning initiatives. * Assist leadership with organizational design and HR strategic planning.
Internal Communications * Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep Staff Members informed and aligned. * Manage company-wide announcements, newsletters, and updates.
Agreements Management * Fill out and execute employment and contractor agreements with Staff Members and individual contractors. * Maintain staff documents and agreements storage in compliance with data protection and organizational policies. * Maintain Agreements Register in Accordance with the PaySaxas’ agreements process.
Office Administration (Finland) * Oversee office operations and administrative support in Finland; * Oversee Finland office correspondence delivery to responsible Staff Members.
