We are looking for a strong AI-driven SMM specialist who understands modern content distribution, social media growth, and viral mechanics across multiple platforms. This role is focused on content creation, adaptation, publishing, testing, and audience growth using AI tools and automation.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow social media platforms Generate content ideas, hooks, captions, and scripts using AI tools ✍️ Adapt content for different platforms while keeping native format and tone Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify viral content patterns Test content hypotheses and scale high-performing formats Develop and manage Telegram channels and communities ⚡ Use AI and automation tools to speed up content production and publishing Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on analytics
Experience with AI tools for content generation Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement mechanics Ability to create hooks and viral-oriented content Experience with content scheduling and automation tools Fast testing mindset and strong execution speed
