We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join nCube’s team and help shape our next-generation search strategy. We’re not looking for a “classic SEO specialist” who just collects keywords and writes briefs. Instead, we focus on building visibility not only in Google search results but also in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
nCube is an international IT company that helps businesses build remote development teams by connecting them with top tech talent. We work with clients from the US, UK, and Europe, providing dedicated teams that seamlessly integrate with in-house development. Our marketing team includes a Marketing Manager, Content Writer, and SMM Specialist, working together to make nCube visible where key business decisions are made. Must have: * Minimum of 2-3 years in technical SEO, particularly within the B2B sector. * Proven experience working in the IT industry. * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. * Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SurferSEO. * Strong expertise in technical SEO audits and website performance analysis. * Experience with on-page SEO, keyword research, and opportunity analysis. * Ability to conduct competitor and market landscape research. * Experience in international and multilingual SEO strategies. * Proven track record in offsite SEO, link building, and partnerships. * Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills. * Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Good to have: * Experience with AI-driven search optimization and LLM visibility strategies. * Understanding of BOFU (bottom-of-funnel) SEO strategies for B2B.
Responsibilities: * Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic across US and European markets. * Optimize on-site elements including page titles, URLs, redirects, and internal linking structures. * Develop and execute offsite SEO strategies including backlink acquisition and partnerships. * Conduct comprehensive keyword research and define content strategies. * Analyze and optimize existing content to improve rankings and engagement. * Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance, adjusting strategies accordingly. * Oversee ongoing and ad-hoc SEO reporting and optimization initiatives. * Stay updated with search engine algorithms and AI trends in search. * Build and execute SEO strategies focused on high-intent B2B pages. * Develop and implement LLM visibility roadmap for AI-generated answers. * Identify key commercial queries for presence across Google and AI platforms.
