Partnerships Manager
Full-time | Remote with hubs in Kyiv, Warsaw and Riga | Mental Health Tech

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who will build and scale brand collaborations for pleso therapy across key markets.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, communication, and sales execution and focuses on hands-on partnership building — from first outreach to launched campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:
* Learn partnerships from scratch — you’ll do real deals, not just watch
* Work independently — no micromanagement, but you get support when needed
* See direct impact — launch a partnership Monday, see results by Friday
* Build skills fast — cold outreach, negotiation, deal closing
* Grow into senior role — start executing, become strategic within 12 months
Your Impact Areas:
* Research companies that fit our audience
* Build lists of potential collaborations
* Send 20-30 emails/messages per week
* Jump on calls, pitch partnerships, handle objections
* Negotiate terms (promo codes, cross-promos, giveaways)
* Get internal teams aligned
* Coordinate with marketing/design to launch campaigns
* Check what works, scale successful formats
Your Superpower Stack:
* Not afraid of cold outreach and rejection
* Strong communication (writing emails, calls, pitches)
* Organized — can manage 10-15 conversations in parallel
* Self-starter — figure things out without hand-holding
* English: B2/C1
Recruitment process for this position:
* Introductory call (30 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
* Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
* Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
* Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO.
* Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
* Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
