About the Role We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable inbound lead generation engine for our SaaS product. You will execute and scale a consistent inbound pipeline based on the defined strategy, working closely with internal teams and external contractors to drive qualified traffic and convert it into leads. Key Responsibilities * Build and scale a consistent inbound pipeline across: * Website and conversion-focused landing pages * Social media channels * Professional communities and content platforms * Partnerships and co-marketing initiatives * Drive lead generation and conversion for a SaaS product: * Optimize user acquisition funnels (visitor → lead → MQL) * Improve conversion rates across all touchpoints * Manage execution across teams: * Set clear tasks, KPIs, and priorities for the internal team * Coordinate and control existing contractors (content, design, ads, etc.) * Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs * Own social media strategy: * Develop and execute content plans aligned with product positioning * Grow audience and drive inbound traffic and leads * Manage and expand paid acquisition: * Optimize existing paid channels (performance marketing) * Manage paid acquisition execution: run and optimize campaigns in channels approved in the quarterly plan; propose hypotheses for new channels for review * Lead landing page strategy: * Launch and optimize high-converting landing pages * Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance * Support conferences and industry events: * Plan lead generation activities around events * Collaborate with partners for co-marketing opportunities * Analyze and optimize performance: * Track key SaaS metrics (CAC, CPL, conversion rates) * Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
Ways of Working * Work within a defined strategy and quarterly priorities set with the strategy lead * Weekly syncs to align on execution, blockers, and results * Bring hypotheses and proposals backed by data; own execution once priorities are agreed * High autonomy on how, clear alignment on what and why
Requirements * 2–4 years of experience in inbound or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS * Proven track record of building or scaling inbound lead generation funnels * Experience executing marketing plans set by leadership (not just greenfield solo projects) * Comfort working in a structure where strategic direction is provided and execution ownership is yours * Strong understanding of SaaS marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, MQL, SQL, etc.) * Experience managing multiple channels: social, paid, content, and landing pages * Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation (A/B testing) * Ability to manage internal teams and external contractors effectively * detail-oriented and execution-focused * English: Intermediate+
Nice to Have * Experience with B2B SaaS products * Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) * Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or freemium models * Experience working alongside an external strategist, fractional CMO, or marketing consultant * Track record of operationalizing someone else’s strategic playbook successfully
