With our Marketing Lead onboard, we’re scaling the marketing function from a strong base — strategy, budget, freelance network, and HubSpot stack are already in place. We’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own lead generation end-to-end, with LinkedIn as the flagship channel.

What You’ll Own * LinkedIn as our primary lead-gen and brand channel. Organic and paid. You’ll own the full picture: content angles, creative briefs, campaign setup, performance tuning. You’ll work closely with our paid-ads consultant and drive this channel from “good engagement” to “predictable pipeline.” * Lead Generation End-to-End. Translate product inputs into channel hypotheses, design campaigns, launch them with the team, analyze what worked, and report results back to the business. Full cycle, no handoffs. * New Acquisition Channels. Identify, test, and scale additional channels beyond LinkedIn — wherever our ICP lives. * B2B Content that Converts. Write and brief content that fits our niche (crypto compliance, blockchain investigation) and our funnel — landing pages, ad creatives, lead magnets, nurture flows. * Design Coordination. Brief and direct freelance designers. Turn campaign ideas into shipped creative without bottlenecks. * Website Improvements. Partner with the team on conversion-focused changes (landing pages, CTAs, lead flows).
What We’re Looking For * 4+ years in marketing, with B2B lead generation as a core focus. * background in crypto, fintech, or B2B Saa * hands-on experience owning a paid channel end-to-end (LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred * strong instinct for ad creative — you can look at a creative and say why it will or won’t work * comfort working with paid-ads consultants and freelance designers as a coordinator, not just a brief-sender * ability to write B2B copy in English — ad creatives, landing pages, short-form content * analytical mindset: campaign performance reporting, channel ROI, funnel diagnostics * English at advanced level or higher, spoken and written.
Nice to Have * Working experience with HubSpot * Email marketing experience (lifecycle, nurture, reactivation) * SEO and AEO/GEO (Answer Engine / Generative Engine Optimization) understanding
