Hily is a dating app built on a simple idea — people connect better when they’re being themselves. We’re a Top-4 dating app globally (after Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble) based on Sensor Tower and internal analytics.
Hily today: 35M+ registered users, 900K monthly active users, 50M+ matches annually, 1.5B+ likes sent. On the brand side, we’ve collaborated with artists like Shenseea, and shipped campaigns in San Diego (525K reach) and LA “Labradoodle” (1.7M reach).
Influencer marketing and creator collaborations sit at the heart of how we grow. We’re hiring a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of multiple creator partnerships across the US and other Tier 1 markets. You don’t need years of influencer marketing experience — you do need sharp communication, strong organization, a native feel for social media, and a genuine love for bringing order to creative chaos. This role is a real entry point into the industry, with a clear growth path into Influencer Marketing Manager.
You will: * Coordinate whitelisted ad campaigns and organic creator collaborations on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube across the US and other Tier 1 markets * Onboard signed creators and run day-to-day communication — briefs, content review, posting confirmation, follow-ups * Own end-to-end campaign tracking (content creation, posting, payment, performance) and make sure 100% of campaigns launch on time and within budget * Maintain documentation across trackers, briefs, and creator contracts * Catch delays early, flag them to the team, and propose solutions * Implement automation and AI tools into the workflow and suggest process improvements
We’ll have a match if you: * Have 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project coordination, or a related field, or you’re making a confident switch from another industry * Thrive on keeping things organized and can manage multiple creator campaigns in parallel * Communicate clearly and professionally in English with creators, agencies, and internal teams every single day * Actually use TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and have a genuine feel for what good creator content looks like * Take ownership and follow through without being chased * Feel genuinely curious about influencer marketing and creator culture
Will be an advantage: * Familiarity with the creators world * US market experience * A cute pet you can show the team during calls (we already have dogs, cats, and a hamster)
