Your role as a Talent Sourcer
You are the strategic scout and the first point of contact between Youwe and the global talent market. Operating from our Kyiv operations as part of an international recruitment powerhouse, you don’t just “find CVs” — you map ecosystems. You will partner closely with our Recruitment Team to shape sourcing strategies for our offices in the Netherlands, UK, Ukraine, and beyond, translating diverse vacancy requirements into a high-quality talent pipeline.
From mastering complex Boolean strings to identifying top-tier talent on niche platforms, you ensure our candidate pool is built for long-term scalability. You’ll be responsible for the initial “spark” — evaluating cultural and professional fit, sparking interest in our mission, and maintaining a high-integrity recruitment database that allows our team to move at agency speed across multiple time zones and regions.
Who You Are * A Versatile Talent Specialist: You are comfortable pivoting between technical, creative, and commercial roles. You don’t just search for keywords; you understand the business impact of each role you source for. * An International Navigator: You thrive in a global environment. You are proactive and self-driven, capable of managing your own priorities while switching seamlessly between the nuances of the Dutch, British, and Ukrainian markets. * An Enthusiastic Communicator: You understand that first impressions are everything. You write compelling, personalized outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox and can articulate the Youwe vision with clarity and passion to candidates across the globe. * Analytical & Proactive: You look beyond the surface of a profile. You enjoy the “detective work” of sourcing and are interested in how automation and AI can improve the sourcing process — even if you’re still developing depth in this area.
What You Have * Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, specifically within an international environment. Experience in a digital agency or consultancy is a major plus. * The Toolbox: Expert knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, and Boolean) and the curiosity to explore new platforms to reach “hidden” talent. * English Proficiency: B2/C1 level. As you will be working daily in an international setting and communicating with global candidates, high-level verbal and written English is a non-negotiable requirement. * Data & AI DNA: A strong affinity for AI-driven tools and automation to streamline the sourcing workflow and stay ahead of recruitment trends. * Organizational Excellence: Strong self-management skills with a focus on detail, ensuring our recruitment systems are always accurate and our search status is transparent across our global offices.
