This is a key role responsible for launching and scaling Сompany in Ukraine. The person will combine business development, creator partnerships, local market operations, user onboarding, and first-line customer support. The role requires strong ownership, hands-on communication with creators and users, and close collaboration with the Lithuanian team. Requirements • 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, project/account management, or creator partnerships. • Experience in tech, media, digital platforms, fintech, marketplaces, subscription products, or similar online ecosystems. • Strong understanding of the Ukrainian creator landscape: influencers, digital communities, monetization models, agencies, platforms, and audience behavior. • Hands-on experience communicating with creators, influencers, online communities, or digital-native users. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain product value simply and convincingly. • Proactive and independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership. • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer support, and operations teams. • Fluency in Ukrainian and English. • Bonus: experience participating in or organizing local industry events, meetups, or conferences. Responsibilities • Drive Contribee’s business development and lead all expansion activities in the Ukrainian market. • Identify, contact, and onboard creators, communities, and non-profit organizations (fully online onboarding). • Explain platform value, help creators get started, and support them through early stages of adoption. • Manage the Ukrainian customer and sales support function, acting as the first point of contact for users. • Respond to inquiries across email, chat, social media, and phone; resolve common issues and communicate with the tech team when needed. • Collect market feedback, user insights, emerging trends, and report them to the product and operations teams. • Develop and execute localized sales, growth, and partnership strategies. • Track core performance metrics: creator onboarding volume, creator activity, revenue growth, and retention. • Build relationships with local creators, agencies, communities, and relevant ecosystem partners. • Represent Contribee at local events, networking activities, and industry gatherings. • Collaborate closely with the Lithuanian team to align on strategy, priorities, and market needs.
