Due to ongoing growth, Gamzix is looking for a Senior B2B Account Manager to drive and support partnership initiatives in the iGaming industry.
This is a unique opportunity to work with global operators, shape high-impact strategic partnerships, and directly contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling, innovative gaming company. You will gain international exposure, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding Gamzix’s presence across multiple markets.
Responsibilities: * Assist in managing relationships with aggregators, platforms, and major operators; act as a first point of contact for partners on a daily basis * Provide commercial and contract support * Assist in preparation and follow-up of distribution agreements, NDAs, and amendments * Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements * Collect and organize partner documentation * Work with CRM systems (create and maintain customer information) * Prepare and deliver performance reports for Senior Partnership Managers * Gather and flag partner feedback to support product and service improvements * Manage incoming partnership inquiries from the company website * Work closely with internal teams including integrations, product, support, billing, and commercial departments * Support promotional activities, up-sale initiatives, and partner campaigns * Monitor and analyze promo performance and partner activity metrics
Requirements: * At least 3+ years of experience in a similar Account Management / Business Development role * Overall experience in iGaming industry is usually 5+ years for such profile * Strong understanding of iGaming ecosystem, especially slots, providers, aggregators, operators, GGR/RTP/commercial models, and ROW markets * Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients * Strong commercial mindset and sales-oriented approach * Experience with contract management, commercials, and effective rate calculations * Ability to confidently lead and participate in commercial negotiations * Understanding of promotions, campaigns, and commercial partner activities * Data-driven mindset with understanding of promo performance analytics and reporting * Ability to fully take ownership and responsibility for allocated partners/accounts * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience working with European and American partners/clients with understanding of their communication and business mentality * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (ideally fluent level); additional languages are a plus * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, or similar) * High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude
