Binotel is a SaaS company with 15 years of experience in business communications. We’re expanding into the US market and looking for a Sales Manager to own deals from first contact to signed contract.
What to know upfront
• You’ll sell to US-based businesses — all calls and negotiations in English with native speakers (C1+ required). • Schedule: 3:00 PM—12:00 AM Kyiv time (aligned with the US business day). • Fully remote.
What you’ll do
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery call → demo → objection handling → close. • Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with US-based businesses. • Match prospects from our product suite (Cloud PBX, Call Tracking, CRM, Online Chat, and business automation tools) to the problems they actually need solved. • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers. • Keep deals updated in CRM and maintain an accurate forecast. • Hit monthly targets and KPIs.
What we’re looking for
• 1+ year in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or telecom. • Experience with outbound / cold outreach. • English C1+, confident on calls and in negotiation. • Numbers-driven mindset, not process-driven.
