We’re expanding our team and looking for an AI Motion Designer — someone passionate about creating high-performing ad creatives, who confidently navigates generative models and enjoys testing new tools — to help us drive continued growth and client success.
Your main tasks: * Creating performative short-form ad creatives for TikTok and Meta based on briefs * Collaborating with creative marketers: testing hypotheses, finding new ideas and visual hooks for high-converting creatives * Working with creative variations — crafting scroll-stopping visuals and hooks * Creating performing AI concepts using the right models and prompts * Building and improving an efficient production workflow
What is important for us: * Commercial experience of 1 year+ as a motion designer in advertising * Proficiency in After Effects * Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma * Confident use of AI tools — you know current generative models (Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and how to apply them. Actively follow new developments * Strong visual foundation (composition, style, lighting, and color grading) and taste (you can tell where AI looks alive and where it looks plastic) * Internal motivation (desire to develop professionally and achieve personal/team results) * Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above
