That’s why, together with Lisa Rudyk, Head of User Acquisition at Headway by Headway Inc, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to scale campaigns on Meta and hit the ROI that drives our mission worldwide. The product and team you will be working with: Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
You’ll join a UA team of 6 — people who care deeply about the work, support each other through the hard days, and celebrate wins together. What you will do: * Scale Headway App’s user acquisition through Meta. * Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to design new funnels and run product experiments. * Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make decisions grounded in data-driven insights. * Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize growth. * Work closely with Creative Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive new user growth. * Build and maintain automations and scripts to streamline campaign management and optimization.
What you need to join us: * Have ~1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast. * Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions and uncover causal relationships. * Understand the basics of marketing and how paid traffic works. * Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up. * Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms). * Communicate confidently in English (B2). * Align with the values of our team (SELECT).
