Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Python Engineer with GenAI and ML for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a global developer of technology platforms that develop temperature control products.
Tech Stack & Environment: * LangChain & LangGraph (current migration target for agent orchestration); * Claude API via AWS Bedrock (primary LLM infrastructure); * Python (core language for all backend and ML work); * REST API development (for model and agent integration); * ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or equivalent for small model training).
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in engineering, Python, and a strong focus on clean, maintainable code. * Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agents and pipelines. * Practical knowledge of LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and GenAI product development. * Experience in training and deploying small-to-medium ML models for regression or prediction tasks. * Familiarity with AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock or similar managed AI platforms. * Understanding of REST API design and development. * Ability to work independently, take ownership of features end-to-end, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities: * Continue and improve the GenAI project, including cubes and alerts functionality, with a focus on quality and reliability. * Conduct the development of a customer-facing version of the GenAI product, adapting the current tech-support-oriented system to improve the end-user experience. * Design and build new tools and capabilities for the GenAI Agent. * Drive migration from the current direct Claude API integration to a LangGraph-based architecture. * Train and deploy lightweight ML models to predict key operational metrics, including: * Integrate ML models into the GenAI Agent and expose them via REST API. * Work within the AWS Bedrock environment and contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves.
