We are a growing IT company specializing in web and mobile application development for international clients, while also building and promoting our own software products.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will help us find new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive sales of our development services and products. Responsibilities * Identify and acquire new clients for custom software development projects. * Work with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other platforms to generate leads and business opportunities. * Conduct cold email outreach and use other lead generation strategies. * Build relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs. * Conduct initial meetings and negotiations in English. * Coordinate meetings between clients and the technical team. * Prepare commercial proposals and assist throughout the sales process. * Promote and sell the company’s own software products. * Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline. * Achieve lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.
Requirements * Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced or higher). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to independently find and engage potential clients. * Results-driven mindset and strong motivation to succeed. * Self-organized, proactive, and responsible. * Interest in IT, technology, and software development.
Nice to Have * Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. * Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, or similar platforms. * Experience with cold outreach and email marketing. * Understanding of software development processes. * Experience selling IT services, SaaS products, or digital solutions.
What We Offer * Fully remote work environment. * Flexible working schedule. * Fixed salary of $300/month. * 10% commission from each client you bring to the company for the first 6 months of their cooperation with us. * Additional commissions from sales of the company’s own products. * Unlimited earning potential based on your performance. * Opportunity to directly influence the company’s growth and your own income.
