We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Relevant team.
You will work closely with the CEO and management team to align HR strategy with business goals, support team growth, and build strong people processes.

Responsibilities * Managing the full employee lifecycle; * Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on business development and organizational matters; * Support managers with project and people management challenges; * Drive and promote the Company values and HR brand; * Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, eNPS/ESS); * Set up and maintain an internal HRM system; * Lead and implement strategic HR projects end-to-end.
Required skills * 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner; * Prior experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies is a must; * Hands-on experience with business-related tasks: participating in org design, headcount planning, or working directly with business stakeholders; * Strong understanding of all stages of the employee lifecycle; * Proven track record of launching HR projects from scratch (culture initiatives, performance reviews, values frameworks, etc.); * Solid experience working with HR metrics and analytics; * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently; * Intermediate English or higher.
