We are looking for a IT Recruiter with technical & non-technical roles. You will manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination. Responsibilities: * Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals. * Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. * Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies. * Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS. * Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. * Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements: * At least 1 year of recruitment experience. * Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and candidate journey. * Experience with ATS systems and recruitment reporting. * Hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms). * Ability to work with both technical and non-technical roles. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
