GetFeels is an AI-driven mental wellness product helping people feel less lonely, more emotionally supported, and more connected to themselves.
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Designer to create high-performing paid social creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other acquisition channels.
This is not a typical “receive a brief → design a banner” role. We’re looking for someone who can combine creative thinking, fast production, and performance-oriented design while working in an AI-first creative environment.
About you:
* 2+ years of experience in motion design, performance creative, or creative production.
* Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience creating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
* Understanding of performance marketing principles and key creative metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate).
* Ability to independently turn ideas into production-ready creatives.
* Understanding of performance marketing principles.
* Interest in AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
* High level of ownership, autonomy, and proactivity.
* Ability to work in fast iteration cycles and adapt creatives quickly.
What you’ll do:
* Create static and motion creatives for paid acquisition campaigns.
* Produce assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat formats.
* Work on both polished creatives and fast iterative production cycles.
* Use performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate) to iterate and improve creatives.
* Collaborate closely with UAM to rapidly launch and iterate creatives.
* Research creative trends, competitor ads, and winning patterns across paid channels.
* Develop visual concepts, hooks, and creative approaches for different audiences.
* Improve creatives through iterative testing and performance feedback.
* Use AI tools for image/video generation, editing, ideation, and workflow acceleration.
* Explore new AI-assisted approaches to speed up creative production.
