Role Overview
We’re scaling fast, and to deliver on the ambitious plans we’ve set, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition function. That’s where you come in. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the key person ensuring we have the people to grow.
We hire for niche, hard-to-fill profiles at the intersection of AI engineering, OSINT, and cybersecurity — the kind of people who rarely apply to job posts. Your job is to find them, win them, and bring them in.
Key Responsibilities * Own end-to-end hiring for our hardest, most niche roles from intake meeting to signed offer. * Build and run proactive sourcing strategies that reach passive candidates wherever they are, not just on LinkedIn. * Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, calibrate on signal, and keep pipelines moving. * Design and run structured, evidence-based interviews and assessments that reliably predict on-the-job performance. * Own a candidate experience that reflects who we are and converts top talent. * Leverage modern AI tooling across sourcing, screening, and outreach to work faster and smarter.
Requirements * 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring. * Proven track record filling niche, hard-to-fill roles where candidates don’t respond to job posts. * Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, communities, and the open web. * Independence and proactivity, with the ability to drive the hiring process without close oversight. * Hands-on experience with structured, scorecard-based assessment. * Confident partnering with senior hiring managers. * Domain experience hiring in tech and cybersecurity is a must. * Fluent English to engage candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and beyond. * Fluent use of modern AI tools for recruitment (sourcing, screening, outreach). * Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
