As Chief Commercial Director, you will be in charge of the entire commercial organization, taking full responsibility for scaling revenue growth through new customer acquisition, cultivating strategic operator partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint across global markets, including Tier 1 (UK, Germany, Sweden), Tier 2 (Eastern Europe, Latin America, DACH region), and Tier 3 (Africa, CIS, and Asia-Pacific).
Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in B2B commercial roles within iGaming, ideally gained in a game studio, aggregation business, or platform provider. * Strong proven success in acquiring and expanding relationships with online casino operators across regulated markets. * Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, aggregation platforms, suppliers, and regulatory frameworks. * Established network of senior decision-makers within Tier 1 operators. * Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue ownership, deal structuring, and negotiation of commercial terms and revenue-share agreements. * Hands-on experience working within regulated environments and navigating frameworks such as MGA, UKGC, Spelinspektionen, eCOGRA, and others. * Demonstrated ability to establish and scale commercial teams in fast-growing environments.
Nice to Have: * Experience supporting or leading entry into emerging or Tier 3 markets (e.g., Africa, CIS, Southeast Asia). * Exposure to both live casino and slot game commercialisation Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, Portuguese. * Familiarity with aggregation and distribution platforms like SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Caleta, or similar solutions.
Responsibilities:
Commercial strategy * Own and drive the global commercial strategy across regulated and emerging markets. * Set annual revenue goals and translate them into actionable plans by region. * Continuously explore new business verticals and content opportunities to expand monetisation potential. * Define and optimise pricing approaches, revenue share structures, and packaging models.
New Partnerships & Business Growth * Develop and secure strategic partnerships with Tier 1 operators, including major casinos, sportsbooks, and aggregators. * Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across Tier 2 and Tier 3 segments, ensuring consistent deal flow. * Lead commercial negotiations and RFP processes with platform providers and key distribution partners. * Represent the company at leading industry events such as ICE, SiGMA, G2E, and similar conferences.
Client Success & Revenue Growth * Take full ownership of key operator relationships after onboarding. * Drive incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling of new game releases and product features. * Establish structured quarterly business reviews and track commercial performance across accounts. * Capture client insights and feed them into product development and roadmap planning.
Commercial Operations & Team Enablement * Design and maintain efficient CRM processes, sales frameworks, and pipeline tracking systems. * Partner with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to support smooth deal execution. * Provide clear, structured reporting on commercial performance to senior leadership and the Board.
