We are looking for an experienced analytics leader who will become the core source of marketing intelligence for an investment fund operating 20+ iGaming companies. This is not a reporting-focused role — the main goal is to design analytical systems and directly influence strategic decisions across the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Design and scale a centralized Marketing Analytics Hub across 20+ projects (dashboards, benchmarking systems, anomaly detection) Own end-to-end player analytics: LTV, ARPU, churn, cohorts, reactivation flows, engagement → LTV Develop traffic quality evaluation models (LTV correlation, payback periods, fraud indicators) Build and improve retargeting models and incrementality frameworks Create predictive models for LTV, churn, payback and reactivation Develop a Unified Player Model and decision-making layer (CAC thresholds, bonus strategy, bidding logic) Establish and lead an A/B testing framework, ensuring clear and actionable insights for C-level stakeholders Support the investment team during due diligence with deep marketing analytics expertise Translate data into business-driven insights with measurable impact
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in iGaming analytics, including at least 2 years in marketing analytics Hands-on experience on the operator side (agency/vendor background is not considered) Proven track record of building analytical infrastructure from scratch Strong technical stack: SQL, Python, BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI) Experience working with ML models (e.g., XGBoost, LTV prediction, survival analysis) Solid knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and attribution models Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of iGaming funnels (View2Reg, Reg2Dep, FTD2RD) Strong knowledge of unit economics (GGR, NGR, CAC, LTV, ARPU) Experience with affiliate traffic, fraud detection, and attribution Understanding of GEO-specific payment behavior and conversion patterns
