SBSB FinTech Lawyers is a legal consultancy specializing in iGaming, Crypto, FinTech, and Brokerage. We’re looking for a thought leader who will become the public face of the company, build new products from the ground up, and work with leadership as a true strategic partner.
What We Expect From You: * 5+ years in international corporate, financial, and tax law — consulting or in-house, tech industries * Strong business acumen: understanding how legal decisions impact risk, cost, and profit * Higher legal education * English B2+/C1: client calls, negotiations with banks, agents, and regulators; fluent Ukrainian and Russian * Proven track record of building trust-based client relationships * Experience in public speaking, webinars, or writing analytical content * Ability to analyze the company’s business model and identify growth opportunities
Your Responsibilities: * Develop, package, and scale new legal and consulting products to profitability * Generate cross-selling ideas and actively collaborate with the sales team * Speak at international industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and closed-door meetups * Build personal and corporate brand, shaping the company’s expert image * Manage strategic, trust-based relationships with key clients and partners * Mentor the team and scale internal legal expertise
Nice to Have: * Successful track record of launching and scaling at least 2 complex products — unique licenses, high-value structures * Direct connections with Tier-1 banks, top registrars, and government agents * Experience at Senior / Lead / Team Lead level within a consulting business model
